Giving back to the community is just one of the ways we practice social responsibility.
Over the years, we’ve partnered with various organizations who are champions of those in need, giving a voice to the voiceless. Philanthropy doesn’t just mean writing checks. Our team members, and some of our clients, donate their time to these organizations to further their cause, raise awareness, and make a positive impact in people’s lives. The 703 Real Estate team was built with hardwork and dedication, and good share of help from people just like you in our community. Giving back isn’t just something we do to be nice, it’s a way of life. We hope that after you become our client, you take the opportunity to be involved, too, even if that just means coming to an event and hanging out!

Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Northern Virginia (SPCA NOVA)
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Northern Virginia (SPCA NOVA) is a volunteer-based, non-profit, private organization. We were established by local citizens to rescue domestic cats and dogs from cruelty, neglect and abandonment. We rescue hundreds of cats and dogs each year. SPCA NOVA is a “no-kill” organization that does not euthanize healthy, adoptable cats and dogs. We don’t have a traditional shelter. Our animals live either in foster homes or a private kennel until adopted.
